How to Donate Yarn
Many Arms Reach You, Inc. accepts yarn donations for our knitting volunteers, BUT PLEASE follow the Yarn Requirements listed below. Currently, we have over 100 talented and dedicated volunteers knitting and crocheting blankets for M.A.R.Y.
Yarn requirements: 1) Full skeins only; 2) Baby, 3-ply or 4-ply weight; 3) Smooth, non-allergenic acrylic fiber -- no wool or wool blends; and 4) Light or traditional baby colors.
M.A.R.Y. is incorporated with New York State and is also 501(c)(3) tax exempt with the IRS.
You may drop off yarn or have it delivered to M.A.R.Y., 37 Kendall Avenue, Binghamton, NY 13903. Please include your name and address so that we may keep track of your donation.
